True, if nanoseconds are enough for you. Because otherwise he would have had to leave Earth and all other sources of gravity, or dive into a black hole.
He would be incredible famous if he would have accomplished real gravity manipulation and I would guess two spinning magnets, as he proposed have been tried and failed.

That would be cheating, like faking your own death. But how would we receive messages from the future as long as we don't know how to send them? And if we figure out how to send them all the messages you send yourself would have already been sent and change nothing for your future self. So it seems pretty pointless.

Or the future self sends you into a parallel reality and with this creates another dimension. The Mandela Effect. Unfortunately the conservation of mass, doesn't allow that. At least not physical.
But information has no mass. What if our thoughts and all conscience, i.e. Not physical information, is another dimension and you could travel with that through time, by switching places with a second conscience.
Maybe that's what we see with entanglement? Information travelling space outside of time? To us it looks like spooky action at a distance with almost zero time difference, but to them outside of time it was almost endless?
