Well, when you take into account the greatest devastation in Indonesia occurred in Sumatra where, quite frankly, the Indonesian government doesn't give a hoot...it starts making a bit more sense.

I'm sorry, but I have concerns about the Sumatran area of Indonesia and the Tamil area of Sri Lanka...this natural catasrophe could be, well, a convenience to certain parties.
