Like the OP says, we'll be communicating via PVT messaging about all those details... and in that way, we can keep track of everyone who will be there. The closer we get to the date, the more that'll start happening.

As of yet, we just know that a bar will be involved. Cause I will need lots of drinks...

Right now we are very close on the date. Once that is finalized Hey You and I will discuss potential venues and then as it gets closer we will PM the times out on where to meet if someone wants to just do the earlier part or if they want to meet later for drinks.

We still need to see what kind of head count we get to figure out where to hold things.

Understood. In any case nearing the date I'll send a PM or within some weeks. Too bad there is no way to create a group chat for an open discussion by all possible attendees. It would help to figure out the times, places, things people would like to do, etc.

I'll put myself as tentative. It's a straight shot up I-95 for me, so it's not far, but I'm not sure I can commit yet. Responding to this thread so it gets marked in my thread list though and I can keep an eye on it.

Saturday would be the best for me though. That would give me time to drive up, check into a hotel room, then meet you guys. Plus I wouldn't need to put in a vacation request to do so.

Yep. My buddy used to go to college at Saint Peter's college and we used to make this trip all the time. Hell I could take the Mega Bus up for cheap.

I think the term "neo-hippie" fits better. I'm not quite enough of a mainstream hater to be a hipster though.
