Anyone see these patrols of NYC ?

I have been noticing something and am wondering if anyone else has seen it.

Anyone else in NYC notice blackhawks and smaller helicopters holding station and patrolling around lately? City-wide, all day for weeks.

Also, that sea plane that keeps patrolling?

I am guessing that the plane has some sort of sensor package in the pilons.

The helicopters too. They fly high, Too high to see anything really. Biden was here, related? Is this a normal expense for a single visit to an American city by the VP?

Just a guess as far as the sea plane, but radiological detection suite?

Is there a credible threat around NYC that I missed? Nuclear threats made?

Probably news choppers. They hover when there could be something news worthy. Even a fire or police 'situation'.

The sea plane won't be radiological. They have choppers for that. I did a thread on that some time back.

Even if they are using a different platform to measure rads, they do that in a grid flying back and forth with outboard pods that have filters to sample the air, then measure the results back at the lab.

Any evidence he is a Dr? He believes in chemtrails, so he has zero credibility!

I just so happen to know what unit and players are in those Hawks.

Suffice to say they are NOT on presidential detail.

They do train airspace procedures in that area because it is busy as hell class B airspace and it is excellent training for the pilots and crew chiefs on board. There are also special flight rules in the area due to ongoing security threats(or at the very least to maintain a security presence), however the 10th Combat Aviation Brigade does NOT patrol those skies.

The seaplane is probably the FBI or a local police station swooping up cell phone calls and texts from an indivdual or groups under investigation. They do that with regular white cessnas everywhere else quite regularly but i guess a seaplane would make sense in NYC. They circle around and round repeatedly when doing this.

They have always flown around NYC, most are tourist helicopter flights.
Google search and you'll see countless helicopter tours of NYC
