In cases of rape, incest or danger to the mother the mother should have a choice. All other cases, no.

In my opinion, there are 3 reasons for aborting a pregnancy:
1) Legitimate risk to the mother's health
2) Legitimate possibility of severe handicap to infant
3) The mother is a victim of rape
Each of these should be handled on a case-by-case basis as it is a very serious and sensitive situation for both mother and father of the child.
If a woman is raped she should have the right to decide, but it was still god's plan that she got pregnant, right? This is why I have a problem with religion to begin with. Morality is what comes into play and I do not think it should have anything to do with religion or medical issues, there is a fetus, does it become a human at some point and abortion becomes murder? When is that point? Who makes that choice? A judge? A preacher?
