Advice for IEM setup

Hi all,

I'm looking to setup an IEM system and am having trouble finding out the info I'm after. I was hoping to do something along the lines or using the Sennheiser sr2050, but using the dual stereo transmission as 4 MONO mixes instead.

Is this possible with this unit (or any others), or am I dreaming? I'm just looking for something fairly condensed, as I am wanting 8 individual wireless mixes overall.

What are you doing with 8 independent mono mics anyway? Uni or omni-directional?
