Well not according to Russia and Syria...the US is responsible for all of it because Assad would never harm his own people and there is no way he would allow his friends to do that either...or would he?

It so easy to point the finger towards others and to ignore your own wrong doings so you don`t have to deal with them.

Aleppo is on the verge of being liberated by Syrian-Russian forces, from NATO backed terrorists. Already tomorrow the advance will become evident.

And exactly who would they be, because NATO has already said they aren't getting into the Syrian conflict?

You may have countries that are part of NATO...they are acting independent of NATO, something they are well in their rights to do.
