Hell looks like the old cast almost completely dies, and is replaced by a new one.

Hmmm.

Well we can work out who Negan doesn't kill by looking at who is in the clips.
I think Glenn gets it like the comics.

I have watched it since the beginning, I loved the 1st and 2nd season, and almost gave up on it 2 or 3 seasons ago when I felt they were basically just dragging it way too long and nothing new or exciting apart from the usual gore and sometimes predictable cliffhangers.
But the last season I found it interesting enough to keep watching.

ATTENTION POTENTIAL SPOILERS !!
I get that they are following the comics which is still ongoing, (I havent read it) but just wished they tackled some bigger questions, like what really happened, what happened to the reveal that they were all infected, is there really no cure for it? after so long is there really no government or external force trying to make contact with these people or at least searching for survivors? where's the military? Why is the baby still a baby? where do they find all the ammunition and arrows?

Anyways I'm looking forward to find out what happens to Carol and also Ricks and Michonne's relationship, that is if they survive Negan.
Who do you guys think will be offed?

I want to add the potential list of candidates in what I believe who will likely die.

First on the chopping block is Eugene. I already suspect he cut a deal when he was INITIALLY caught by Dwight in the scene where Denise dies. OR, also the possibility he squeeled like a pig when they seized the RV, because that is how he is a survivor Neegan says what a way for me to make sure he does not sell us out too right?

Second is Maggie. Sounds unfathomable, but I will explain. This pregnancy was added into the show if my memory serves correctly. They did not Kill Lorie with the baby in season 3. I believe this is their way for that plot line to play out. Mother dies with the baby. 4 seasons later, but better than never.

Third is Daryl. Daryl's character and backstory have been mostly fully explored, and the depth of his presence has basically run its course. He will reap the consequences of his softness that has been costing him dearly with his choices and how they have contributed to further heartache (case in point Dwight). Judging by the previews, it appears Dwight may even take on a bigger role.

50/50 on Rosita even being on my list. I feel like its only a possibility because she has basically been written out now that Abraham has terminated the relationship. Screen time will be devoted to him and Sasha, which relegates Rosita to mostly a background character more so than she already has been. I also do not expect Abraham to bite it because they wrote his death in and gave it to Denise. Neegan may also see him as a strong asset if he identifies the relationship and can use that as leverage to wrestle his loyalty away from Rick. That could be jeopardized if he hurts Rosita though, so another point of why she may just be written into irreleance instead of killed.
Erin is so irrelevant I don't even think Neegan will look at him. Like a waste you know? Because he is in this to shock and awe! Noone is going to cry over dead Erin, and it wont sway Rick or his group that much either.

The Untouchables
Rick wont get it because keeping him on a close leash makes it simpler for Neegan to maintain order with this new clique.
Carl wont get it because he know Rick will simply bide his time until he can catch a moment to kill Neegan to avenge his demise.
Sasha won't get it because they just made it a point to hand Abraham's death to Denise so they can further explore that new relationship. Plus they already took down Tyrese and Bob, it would be redundantly cruel.

Much of this comes from my speculation that Eugene or someone from the Hilltop, or both have given Neegan some background intel. Part of his belief that he is using his skills to survive with who he feels is the stronger leader. Too bad I bet Neegan will be all "and whats to stop him from doing that again to me later now that I saw him do it to you?" I feel like that is the way he will see it.

Thoughts on this?

naw man. It was done that way first to keep everyone in suspense by not revealing the victim of Lucille, so they made everyone scarce to not give clues. Secondly, it was mostly to introduce some of the newer cast and which ones will feature prominently in this new season.

Warning spoiler!

well boy was I wrong. I better stick to just watching the script instead of trying to write it. Its a helluva episode. Good to see they literally lifted the frame right from the comic!!!
