I'll explain it to you. If one train meats another train in a certain railway station, Deja vu can be produced. Now, this trains does not meet every day. And you should be somehow on the same railway station as they do. Imagine of they did met all the time and you are constantly on this raiway station, life would be one constant Deja vu. Regardless of how unconvinced you are (which is nothing more than an argument from personal incredulity) there is no reason to suspect it was anything else other than deja vu without evidence. It sounds exactly like it.
Though I suspect by the fact you're watching a Mandela Effect YT video, you won't be inclined to believe any of this and will throw all reason out of the window to enjoy what you'd rather perceive as an exclusive and unique phenomenon.
