I'm pretty sure it's because they targeted the cops.

Get ready folks.
I will bet, within 24 hours, this will turn in to another anti gun crusade.
The story will not be about what really caused this or who....it will be about guns and they will, despicably, use the deaths of these officers for the emotional plea.

I am wondering why Dallas? The only two incidents in the last year were prosecuted and dealt with appropriately.

This is the conspiracy theorist in me. Does someone want to spread the hate? Why not Louisiana or Minnesota?

Why was Dallas set up?

Has anyone seen this?
I don't really buy into it much, but, wow ! Coincidence?

Hacked messages of #BlackLivesMatter leader reveal Obama admin’s plan for ‘summer of chaos’ and martial law Posted on July 6, 2016 by Dr. Eowyn U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch is coordinating with Democratic activists to so disrupt the upcoming Republican and Democratic National Conventions that martial law will be declared. That’s the stunning discovery revealed in a series of direct messages between three activists. On Friday, June 10, 2016, someone hacked into the Twitter account of #BlackLivesMatter (BLM) leader and former Baltimore mayoral candidate DeRay McKesson. McKesson later confirmed the hack to The Baltimore Sun. On June 11, 2016, a Twitterer who calls himself The Saint (@TheSaintNegro) tweeted a direct-message conversation on June 10 between KcKesson and another BLM leader Johnetta Elzie (Netta), in which the two discussed talking with Attorney General Loretta Lynch about plans to bring on martial law by causing chaos at the upcoming Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, PA, so as to keep Obama in office.

Imagine those who will be living not only tomorrow but the rest of their lives without their loved ones after what's happened tonight.

Their job does come with risk,

Which is why they are armed, and wear body armor.

Of course there is no mitigation for politicos using social media, and main stream media stoking the fires of HATRED.

Sorry, but your victimization of your guns is incredibly out of place. Show some respect to those who have lost their lives as opposed to politicizing it into a gun issue.

That's rich.

I don't understand how something like this can help society in any way.

Do those who are killing cops think that cops will somehow treat suspects better now because of this?

I don't understand what this achieves more than actually creating a worse environment.

It isn't about achieving anything, it's about getting even with "the man" for killing people who didn't deserve it. It's that simple.
Or, in a conspiracy scenario, the CIA in conjunction with Obama's war on legal firearms (just like fast and furious but stepped up a bit), are going to plan C, where they use asset subjects under their control to do this with the hope to eliminate the 2nd a bit faster than things have been going.

It's difficult to know for sure yet, but we do already know for sure the lengths and lethal and illegal extremes the Obama administration will go to, to get rid of legal guns.

I don't know man, that sounds as if you are saying that they would run the risk of a complete breakdown in law and order to achieve the objective of limiting certain types of weapons. That is one hell of a Machiavellian plot to get such a small reward.

Do you really think they could or would do that?

If they could well hell...there truly is no hope at all, is there?

You missed what happened with Hillary. There is already a complete breakdown of law and order.

Oh I didn't miss the Hilary thing. What I meant to say was a complete breakdown in society, violence on the streets, mass rioting, and no law enforcement prepared to protect the public...that kind of breakdown.

All speculation at this point.

I didn't speculate. I stated it's not that odd to have gear around here. People are known to wear a vest for specific events. Might sound strange to some, but I would think they're just naive.

Was speaking generally but I dont think its been confirmed the guy they arrested specifically had a bulletproof vest on, but I dont remember what your comment said either. Oh well.

All speculation at this point.

Going to be a long weekend.

It was weird when they arrested the guy in the vest, because it looked like NO cops had their guns drawn when they ordered the guy to walk towards them with his hands up.

Anyone notice that?

So where the hell is the guy they had cornered and were negotiating with?

Was that wrong to begin with?

No mention of that in a while.

I saw the Officer fall on TV, I thought he was keeping the other guy down. It's really sad, I grew up in Dallas and now it's in chaos...

Yes and no. There would likely not have been the sniper attack without the protest. It is hard to get so many cops together and distracted otherwise. They were watching the protesters, not watching out for snipers from other quarters.

If these shooters are BLM members...does that officially make BLM a terrorist group?

You're going to be praying extra hard tonight eh?

Sad.

Yes...For the dead and wounded officers and their families.

What did the ISIS USA manual say...something like choose your attacks so that they don't appear to be hate crimes?

I should know since I am the one that created a thread about it.

ISIS targets civilians.

LEO are not civilians.

ISIS has murdered U.S. soldiers. Our soldiers are NOT civilians. ISIS has no rules of engagement. They are shrewd, chaos inciting, and evil.

Suspect photo put out by DPD. They are asking for help in finding him.

Saying some took advantage of their right to carry.
