And yes, Christ's millennial kingdom is on Earth, Daniel declared that in Daniel 2 when interpreting Nebuchanezzar's dream. The stone cut without hands smashes the statue and grows into a mountain which takes up the entire Earth. And Gabriel told Mary her Son would sit and rule in David's throne.

In God's eyes, we are all one flesh. In God's eyes, all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. God will be the judge of all nations. He is not a respecter of persons, or that persons nationality.

(Micah 4:1-3) "But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. All men will be judged when they die, that's completely different than selected judgment on nations. God is extremely specific in His word, all of the nations/Empires listed that will be destroyed when He returns.

Tell me one that is a western nation or a European one.

Edit to Add: The verse you shared proved Jerusalem isn't Mytery Babylon the Great, we already know that city will never be inhabited again from generation to generation and no Arabian will ever pitch a tent there again. Your verse says the people will come to the Lord in Jerusalem, which is what I said, He will rule from there.
