so with such a huge story being broadcast everywhere in MSM - is today a good day to bury bad news?

I would urge all ATS members to keep an eye on the 'other' news stories and flag up anything that looks huge but is getting little press.
I konw we do anyway, but today is more important - lots of sh#t could get buried in the smaller news items.

be vigilant friends!

Quite right, however I suspect a lot more truth about our economy and other governmental hashes will be crawling out of the woodwork now we all know cameron is going.

The EU ruling elite is not in complete disarray, caught by surprise by their own stupidity and arrogance. That does not mean they are going to reduce the arrogance, but it doesn't mean the EU is going to survive with that kind of arrogance anyway. In theory, Italy would be the next exiting from the EU probably followed by other eastern european countries, one way or the other. At the moment the whole desperados ruling elite is in containment mode and in some cases even believes that this brexit might actually be beneficial for other international plots that might be in the making. In reality all international plots are undoubtedly doomed to failure, beginning with a weird belief that somehow they are going to create a sino-russian split. Sorry guys the 70s are gone and Nixon is dead. Now they have islamists and they are pretty much stuck with them.

If the liberal media is all in a tizzy then my guess it's a good thing for capitalism and Britain as a sovereign nation.

The mainstream media of the world wants leftism, communism, progressivism and control, control, control.

Anything that upsets the ability to rule through socialist edicts will always tick off the liberal media elite...

Congratulations to Britainia and I'm excited for your future without the need to subsidize European parasitic socialist despotic regimes...

I think it leaves open the possible door for Scotland to leave the UK. They didn't really want to leave the EU, but they do have talks about leaving the UK. Now that this happened the Scots could justify a departure from the UK by stating that they choose to be in the EU, and also use this vote to justify gaining independence form England.

Of course this all depends on if the other countries projected by Germany don't leave to EU as well. If the EU just starts to fall apart at this point, it may be safer for Scotland to stay in the UK.

The EU is fomenting chaos right now all across the UK and many other parts of Europe especially the Balkans and easter Europe. In particular the EU is attempting to exploit the situation in Scotland, where the remain vote won. The EU is trying to "convince" the scots, that it is a good idea to hold a second referendum and rejoin the EU in an absurdly confusing way.
