Simple question...was it racially motivated? Also can you determine who in that class was responsible? Reading what we were given I can opine that it probably wasn't, however I cannot say either way for sure because the facts I would need along with the evidence that makes it fact is missing. Do I think 3 million is extreme over kill...yes. does that lead me to think the mom and lawyer are in it for the money...yes it does. Racism is not equal in all races that's crazy talk. Some people were very ambitious racists and did quite a bit of harm in public without consensus resistance. Institutional versions of racism have a much bigger effect than uncle Joe not liking insert race.

Stuff like this isn't uncommon in Waco. They were busted not very long ago at the VA even for discrimination of blacks. It's a known town of racist culture.

Yes you are right though lots of people can be racist the effects of the institutional racism are not equal though. My mom wasn't expiremented in with radiation during segregation. My dad wasn't given siphulus to track the effects of its development without treatment. When the gov itself has racist agendas the ripples take a long time to die down. Especially when you have race baters making everything racist.

I do understand why a black woman mother may have a strong reaction to this behaviour and even if it wasn't over race even jump the gun. Not that it's enlightened but it wouldn't be inhuman.

There is tons of racism for all races everywhere.

There's plenty of white hate out there trust me it wasn't until recently when it became the liberal agenda that anyone cared so you haven't heard about it because white people tend to keep their mouth shut about it.

There being personal racism is completely different then enslaving people then segregating and expirementing on that race. For the blacks they lived through a few hundred years of being treated similar to how the nazi's treated their concentration victims.

What are the effects on your life of black racism? You aren't getting hired because your white? Your getting pulled over more? Do you have stories of your family getting hung up on trees and having their picture taken for post cards?

Look people are nasty everywhere but it is a really dumb arguement to say racism has effected all races equally. That is total bs.


That being said there is racism in every race. There are so many people making up racist things because it's being promoted to do that.

I just think I can understand a black mom over reacting (if she is even over reacting) about her daughter being strangled by a rope. Nobody called? Thats just setting up a terrible reaction.

I agree with as far as some things being called racism that are a stretch but this isn't one of them in my opinion.

Middle school kids have the worst prefrontal cortex development of all tweens and teens. If dad says mean racist things but doesn't act on then because he is an adult but his kid has less developmental control even young kids can do horrendous things. A gang of black kids stabbed a brother and sister in a racist attack. Things like that happen.

It's just different when society as a whole has made you inhuman in the recent past. Think about seriously how you would feel if you were taken to Africa and the whole situation was reversed. The healing takes many generations.

Unfortunately as we both know people profit off of keeping racism alive in the present. Keeps us divided. The left every bit as focused on it as the right. It's gross.

We do it with poverty. Tell the poor whites stop complaining you have it better than the (scapegoat). When it's the same. Those kids don't have a chance any better than ghettos in Baltimore. But often corrupt politicians need to make them hate each other. Like fish fighting for food. It's because they are too busy to have solutions to their problems.
