Sounds like typical Trump:

Say something crazy and provocative, get a reaction, then come in softer down the road.

There is enough rumbling in California that the DNC may sink some of their sparse cash into defending their home turf. That would be a win for Trump.

That is what he does in everything...come off the top rope get some leverage then deal to a much softer outcome. I expect China to go this way too in the end.

Just replying so that I can use peoples words against them when the situation demands it.
