It looks like a tick or bug hanging off something. Maybe in front of the lens of the camera and then zoomed in? I hate ticks

It's very similar to the video from few years ago about 3 "persons on jetpacks''. I can't find it but I am sure ATS members knows that case. Video is very strange, but we cant see anything beside that thing so its hard to compare or prove its aliens.

Upon a closer look, a spider it is not. I would agree with other posters, it appears to be a static balloon.

And this is why it gets mocked.

Spider on a web, angled to look like it's farther away? Best guess! Had a pic once of one that looked HUGE, and like it was flying, from the right angle, hanging around a patio umbrella.
