If the FBI is investigating anthing, I would imagine the are trying to determine if a crime took place. That is what makes it a criminal investigation. It was not specifically said that that Hillary Clinton is personally and actively being investigated. The thrust of the video was the Whitehouse spokesman stating that the President's support, in this push to unify the democratic party, would not influence career law enforcement.

Still, in this country, one has a presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

Still, again, they are trying to sort out if the materials were classified at the time. What the email rules were in the dept of State, etc.

It has long been obvious and variously reported from different sources and perspectives how MANY documents that passed through/were stored on her server were classified--and many highly classified--even listing NAMES of active agents--which not only the hacker got but evidently Russia got as well.
