How do you enforce it?

Create the SNIP Police then unionize it, and give them collective bargaining rights.

Body scanners at every restroom door.

Personally I don't understand any of the uproar about this. Most sexual molestation comes from older men praying on young boys, both of which currently use the same bathroom. And in any case who is sending a child that's young enough to be taken without a struggle, into a public bathroom alone?

At the end of the day I don't care what sex you are or identify with, use whatever bathroom you want, just don't try to see my parts, and don't show me yours.

It's a tried and true way to keep people distracted from the real issues. Exaggerate a false "threat" & get everyone fighting over this new bogeyman. And while everyone's fighting over this new "issue", the real deals are being pushed with no attention on them whatsoever.

This is also how they maintain the status quo. Every political session spent on a non-issue like this is one less political session spent improving/changing the current system. And every new debate on that non-issue is one less debate on how to fix the actual flaws in our system.

This is one of the real reasons politicians get huge campaign contributions from various industries and powerbrokers. Citizens think those politicians are useless for getting nothing accomplished, but that's actually the point. The people and groups that profit from the status quo don't want anything to change. And it's the politician's job to keep any changes to their lucrative system from happening. Hence the constant distractions and non-issues like this.

1. No one but the pro trans movement think the opposition is anti-trans
2. Yes, sexual assault is illegal... yet it still happens. So, get ready for more.
3. Little boys have been susceptible to perverts, now little girls are too. Happy?
4. This isn't all of the sudden. This has happened to children before. The pro-trans movement seems to think it's okay if more people are sexually assaulted if it means they get to poop wherever they want? Seriously?
5. One third of one percent of the population think it's needs should come before everyone else's.
6. Stopping someone from using a restroom they shouldn't actually IS enforceable. The proprietor can remove anyone they like, right? Well, not if the pro-trans gets their way. So, yes, free-for-all bathroom would result in non enforceable policies.
7. You're right. The odds of running into a trans person are miniscule. In fact, what do you think is MORE likely: running into a trans person or some sort of deviant that wishes to harm someone else. I'd bet on the latter, since I'm sure they make up more 0.03 percent of the population.
8. Who said anything about "men everywhere molesting kids." What's the figure that you're comfortable with? As long as it's not your kid, huh?

I don't know about you but I have never heard of a transgender person attacking a child in a bathroom despite the constant reminder that if transgender people can choose the bathroom they identify with then all of a sudden men everywhere will start molesting young girls in the bathroom.

I agree with the premise of your OP. The last thing we need is more laws in this country, but do you really think the media would report this if it DID happen? There is no way they would report a story that goes against the current agenda.

We have Farcebook and Twitter and others. You can't hide those incidents. Nice try.

Yep, it's a tool alright. Divide, distract, and make people get all worked up over something.

I swear there's some nefarious crap happening right now behind the scenes that has NOTHING to do with any of this. I get this sick feeling in my guy that we're being intentionally distracted away from something....

In NYC a trans person can go to the bathroom. But they can't eat trans fat.

It's always like this. And it always works because there are too many paranoid cowards that get scared by every new suggestion, without having the sense to look into the facts about the "issue".

Oh & the freedom/liberty people only want freedom and liberty for themselves. They love regulations for the rest of us. Just look at their fervor when talking about profiling minorities, Muslim neighborhoods, LGBT citizens, etc. That's not "small government" at all.

You got it . This suddenly became an 'issue' where it hadn't been since public toilets became public. Like Who gives damn? It's not trannies , that's for sure . Some one issues a directive from on high and self loathing , white guilt , heterosexual guilt American's think they aren't tolerant enough. This is the most tolerant society in the world. IT has the mechanics of it ,via our Constitution and Bill of Rights. We have had this trans thing shoved down our collective throats. WE GET IT ALREADY. With so much more pressing humanitarian things going on in the world , plus a number of things , We get the trans thing, and keep getting it , and keep getting it. There is an agenda , it is obvious. WE need to watch the globalists who are pushing aiding and abetting the erasure of our Sovereignty . Most people don't care what law abiding citizens do . Just leave my rights alone as well . Meaning we give each other space , and equality under the law. American's. What you are second to that isn't important. If we took our citizenship seriously , and defend what freedoms and rights we have left , these kind of problems would take care of themselves.

Who gives a sh*t who started it? In the words of Anderson cooper, that's something a 5 year old would say.

Legislation shouldn't be wasted on such nonsense. Wether it be democratic or republican laws.

4: whether there are bathroom laws or not, it would have absolutely no effect on the amount of people being sexually assaulted. No bathroom law is gonna stop Bill Cosby-like motherf**kers.

6: I thought black people dealt with this issue 40 years ago. Anyone can kick anyone out of their establishment. But doing so or refusing service for discriminatory reasons is immoral and I hope it's illegal but I ain't no lawyer. I think our modern equivalent is gay people not being able to buy wedding cakes. Lol pretty soft stuff. Disrespectful nonetheless.
