Private Garden

I let you walk through my private garden.
Let you touch the flowers that were in bloom.
Let you sip the nectar from the petals and then,
I let you inhale the scent of their sweet perfume.

You stayed there forever... for an eternity.
Caressing the petals with your fingertips.
Slowly stroking them 'til they reached maturity,
Then exploring them more with your succulent lips.

We walked together through my garden of flowers.
The most rare and beautiful you've ever seen.
Enjoyed being with each other for hours and hours,
Admiring the beauty of the blooms in between.
