If she tried to immigrate, yeah. She's not any more important than anyone else.

I believe visits for humanitarian conferences or UN shin-digs or other such reasons are coordinated through the State Dept.

But there is a difference between such visits and immigration.

Sometimes a 'special person' is born. Think about it. The writer's, the poets, the philosophers and artists. And yes, social activists. Think about Jane Addams, Sojourner Truth, and Florence Nightingale, so many people who arose to teach us things. Who somehow seemed destined to teach us things.

I believe Malala is one of those people.

But Haz, I don't think Americans would ever turn her away. If I am wrong, I will cry for a week.

She just seemed to recover pretty quickly from a head shot wound and no sign of her friend ever , who got shot at the same time as her , the family seemed to waltz into the country rather quickly and get jobs all in the matter of weeks , all while other people in the same boat ,like foreign interpreter,s who have served the Army are left to struggle to refugee centres and sleep in tents

YEah HE said enter but he also said that about the mexicans too so he prolly implied Immigration. ALso do you really think he will exclude saudi business men and tourist with legitimate paperwork? I think he means IMMIGRATION or work visa freezes.
