I have not seen that but if the premise is anything along the lines that increased income to the Federal government leads to a more bloated, inefficient, ineffective and dangerous Federal government than I am already a convert.

The OP never mention 'sovereign citizen' in the OP. I find in odd that you quickly mention that as you shouls know sovereign citizen(s) is a flagged phrase because the sovereign citizen groups are considered terrorist organizations.

I am intrigued by the OP's opinion on Maritime Admiralty law, because given my lifestyle that is the law of the high seas.

It is a very lengthy, very informative video on income tax. Made by a well known film director who had several successful movies to his name. He interviews some of the leading figures of IRS and, in my opinion (but i believe it to be a good judgement), he destroys the law on income tax. The 16 amendment was ruled by the surpreme court to infer no new taxation powers, yet that is the foundation of the IRS' claim to income tax.

You really open up can of worms when you create a topic about the FED and income taxes.

Most of us are expected to be good sheep, produce, pay taxes, and not question whats wrong. I see the FED and income taxes as a big pyramid scheme.

If you decide 2:26 is to long, around 30min to 36min is one of the most convincing parts, better to watch it all though.

I think a better and more interesting topic, not to diminish your OP mind you, would be "What if a majority, I mean like over 75% of Americans simply decided at any given tax season not to pay?" Plenty of us don't like it but we do, despise those that don't, and completely agree it goes to a multitude of nefarious projects and programs, but mostly towards the interest on the loans the US Treasury gets from the Federal Reserve. What could the government do? Declare martial law? Start arresting citizens en masse? Or would it maybe change the direction of things?
I'm not naive enough to believe that would ever happen, but it does make one think.

BTW: As far as sovereign anything pertaining to terrorist definitions, according to the Patriot Act and the NDAA, I would say at least 70% of topics and comments on ATS fall under the definition of being a terrorist. Either your aware of that and don't care, or your a proud to be terrorist. Ironically, it's just like the two sides of the lawful or unlawful income tax debate. Either you think you're being scammed and don't pay, or you think it's lawful and you do pay. Either way, generally we're all screwed.
