a few stories here about concentration camps, i thought these where outlawed after ww2?.

On the basis Karl Roverer's (the main PR and Spin Doctor behind George Bush and Arnie Schwartzennegger) grandfather Heinz Rove built Auchwitz Birkenau concentration and extermination camp why are people surprised?

additionally, i have also read other stories about many camps being built accross america and old ones being re-opened, any truth in this?.
