Capitalism has been going on since the dawn of time. It did not just appear a few years ago.
Saturday and nobody can answer. Very telling, ATS-members. I'm kinda disappointed.
Edit: Above top secret? Eh?
Since when?
How and why would I think anybody here knows more than anybody else?

By what kind of paradigm is "above top secret" about "being above top secret"? In other words: What does it deliver, in terms of knowledge? If it (it's members) can't even answer a very simple question, like: What is the history of capialism?

Can you teach me the history of capitalism properly? Yey or no?
Yes. Go to a fleamarket. There you have a perfect example of all these little peoples being very busy trying to raise some capital.
Capitalism is a working system where the needs of others are provided for by the industriousness of others (see an opportunity and fill the void) a win win (nothing is free but is fair because the market allows the prices of goods and services to be set at a price point based upon demand).

intrptr: There it is. And not only, but many small businesses model is better than a few monopolies because if small businesses fail, others spring up to fill the need, whereas larger corporations tend to 'corner the market' not letting any others compete which in effect keeps prices down, keeping it fair.
intrptr: Monopolies charge whatever they want to for cheaper and cheaper goods, where else you going to go? Small businesses vie against each other, resulting in better quality, cheaper products.
You have to engage in the business or idea of capitalism to understand it.
It is not a Utopian concept; very much UNLIKE Communism or Socialism that takes everything one produces from everyone without compensation and redistributed for the good of the ONE/ALL (has never worked in all of history) as people tend to value their creations. Capitalism is a working system where the needs of others are provided for by the industriousness of others (see an opportunity and fill the void) a win win (nothing is free but is fair because the market allows the prices of goods and services to be set at a price point based upon demand).

Willingly: You mean it was a bad idea to be born into a working-class/lower middle-class family? I should have considered being born into some upper-class family to get to know what capitalism is? Yeah, seems legit. In my definition captitalism means also: the accumulated wealth, in the form of resources, is only ever exchanged in the same kinds of family-trees for thausands of years.
Willingly: And when some middle-class engeneer comes up with a good idea or product, he can lend some money from them to produce it under the condition that the capitalists, the old family-trees, benefit from it more than he himself does. THAT Is capitalism!
Willingly: Tell more about your ideas, please. They are so accurate and inspiring. (...sarc...)
