I don't have any fancy pictures to add but I hope your time here is well spent.

Pace yourself and listen to your body language. I'm learning to x out when I find myself grinding my teeth, or what's left of them.

But more importantly, you will find some wonderful people here. I know I did. Of course, they keep changing their pictures and the names are sort of weird, so now I'm not sure who I know and don't know anymore, except for some serious favorites.
