Hello All, I am new here and hoping to see more thought provoking ideas!

Hi all,
I have been lurking on the different boards for at least a year now. I finally took the plunge and decided to join. I plan to be fairly visible in the forums though I have no immediate plans to begin my own thread outside of this one at this point in time. I greatly appreciate being given a chance to talk with some of you fine folks. My interests here are varied as I want to be almost a Jack of all trades and learn as much as possible. I know me I can be pretty stubborn and dare I say it opinionated on certain things but I try to play nicely with others.

I would like to thank you all for providing some interesting and thought provoking reads for the past year and yes some chuckles along the way.

TEOTWAWKIAIFF- Thank you I did and I thoroughly enjoyed that one! Plato is such an interesting figure from our history. I have always found his writings on Atlantis to be fascinating. I am not certain I believe Atlantis exists but its a cool thought to ponder.

Shiloh7- Variety is the spice of life right? I will admit I love a good (or at least entertaining) conspiracy theory and the supernatural/ unexplained (UFO, ghosts, etc), and religion and prophecy. I tend to not be as found of the news but I still try to know whats going on. It doesn't take much of a headline for me there. Pretty much "The World Sucks and its getting worse" is my line of thought. So I love the ideas that take my mind off of that for a while.

Spader- Its okay to be an April fool. Some of the best people are! My dad, God Rest his soul, was born in April. We used to joke he missed his real birthday by day (he was born on the 2nd). So cheers I am a fool to even though I wasn't born in April.

geezlouise - Thank you! It is Yachiru Kusajishi from the anime Bleach! I like to imagine I am very much like her. Child like in many ways but a total bad *ss when I need to be. Most importantly loyal to the end! LoL now all I need is to convince my hubby to let me ride around on his shoulders like Yachiru does on Kenpachi!
