Oh ..please do tell how "we" had it stabilised.

Historically "we" as in the US such as the CIA has backed Radical Islamic groups both in Iran and other ME countries.

To those who say Trump is anti war clearer dont know anything. He says was anti war only agaisnt the war agaisnt the war in Iraq but when it comes to Syria trump is a full neocon.

Thank god you were here to make a clear and concise argument as to why they are wrong to support him. I'm sure everybody has changed their vote in the face of such a well written analysis.

Hes been fairly vocal about non intervention in the middle east.

When someone talks about bombing and taking their oil that is surely not non intervention in the middle east.

Someone has been getting all their news from internet memes =p

If you go and do a thorough research effort you will find that what I say is accurate.

From the very left leaning Washington Post. Even they have admitted it. And they never admit anything. Trump and Sanders Have Similar Middle East Views

It seems most forget about the coup and the installation of the shah in Iran. Attempting to nationalize the country's oil industry put a target on their back.

Well shoot..

and earlier today I gave Trump kudos for the first time for stating that he wanted a none-interventionist foreign policy..

And now he sells the same worthless drivel your average joe wants to hear.

Iran has more liberal, educated currents than anyone else in the ME. You want Iran to be a power player in the ME. They actually have their sh88 together. Yes there are hardline elements, but they are outnumbered by progressive elements who want something more secular. The hardliners gain power every-time we talk about war with them. The moderates gain power every time we ease the f up on them and let them develop their 6,000 year old culture.

America and Saudis have to get their acts together first not Iran.

Some what ironic, the Iran - terrorist issue, when the US has had a hand in creating terrorists in an attempt to force policy in other countries.

So all I saw was him saying will commit the US to be a middle man between Israel and Palestine. That he will make all parties agree to terms along a line of give and take of things of value. Terms THEY set between them.

Iran? He wants to address the elephant in the room. They need to stop sponsoring international terrorism. Regardless of what you think ANY president would do this since its a global concern. Iran really needs to cut the crap. It is making terrorism stronger. How is that a problem if he wishes to curb their efforts in this and make them adhere to the terms they agree to with the international community?

Did no one love how he basically called the UN out for being useless and ineffective? I did-

He wants individual parties to sit down and negotiate between them and he offers the US as the vehicle for such. He is saying that it is Israels and Irans problem but he will be the middle person and make everyone adhere to the conditions they agree to.

He talked about the terrorist culture and how it should be dismantled. Educating kids to revere murderers is not conducive to peace....is it?

In short I cant find a single thing to disagree with. Really.

He didnt talk about invading anyone. He talked about making a strict contract with Iran and making them adhere to it. Something we all agree would be nice.

He didnt talk about invading Palestine, he said he will let Israel and them negotiate and will make sure BOTH parties adhere to the conditions THEY set and agree to.

How is this problematic and contrary to his already published international strategy he released recently?

I mean really.

Its is coherent and sounds freaking good.

I will say this. I dont care about Israels problems. He doesnt counter my beliefs. Israel should negotiate and Palestine should negotiate. NO ONE should dictate terms. That is all he said.

SOUNDS GOOD!

You trump supporters are the most comical and there is no debating polices and politics with you in general.

That is all he said.

Just like GW Bush when he said he wouldn't nation building but he went to war anyway and trump isny any different from a NeoCon and interventionist.

He didnt talk about invading anyone. He talked about making a strict contract with Iran and making them adhere to it. Something we all agree would be nice.

Don't make me laugh with that BS.

He didnt talk about invading Palestine, he said he will let Israel and them negotiate and will make sure BOTH parties adhere to the conditions THEY set and agree to.

Israel only cares about one thing and thats eradicating the Palestinians.

I laughed at that and you want to know why? because you Americans kept using the UN as hostage to start the Iraqi war and other wars based on lies and fabrications.

And now suddenly its the UN fault.

Why is it that every single one of your former and current presidential candidates/presidents absolutely has to give a speech at AIPAC ?

Didn't this bufoon in a suit say that he can't be bought by Israel/Jews cuople of months ago ?

Why is he giving speech To a israeli lobby group ?

The UN failed the world. All over Africa, Eastern Europe, And Asia.

Also the US.

WE AMERICANS? You mean Bush and the power elite of the world 12 years ago?

Neither I nor Trump supported that effort to invade Iraq.

Ask before you assume

You didnt actually refute anything he or I said.

Also, Trump is not following a typical interventionism model. He advocates for a light international footprint.

Did you even read his released foreign policy?

Its basically Bernie`s approach to the middle east.

LoL

you do realize that EVERY president has to address a major issue like the middle east relations.

What he said was YOU TWO figure it out as far as Israel and Iran, / Israel and Palestine.

He just made it clear he will expect BOTH parties to adhere to the conditions THEY SET.

What the hell is so nefarious about that?

Also, Iran REALLY needs to stop sponsoring international terrorism. That is a good thing. Good for Iranians it gives a bad name to. Good for the world that has to deal with the BS Iran creates by supporting known terrorist groups.

I did not hear him say anything about attacking anyone.

I sure did, Trump and Cruz are no different from each other.

- But not the whimpy kind of deals done by our current POTUS.

Whimmpy deal? seriously NeoCons you are comical bush failed to prove that Saddam had WMDs and now Its going to be Iraq 2.0 all over again.

1) Who what , when , where , and why ?
2) Iraq 2.0 ? Isnt that what Obama has already done ? What happened to the original timeline Bush set for withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan ? Answer me that.

I am still undecided on Trump . I was in the Sander's camp until , thanks to ATS , I learned more about him.The US really does need a President and Commander in Chief now more than ever. We have suffered 7+ years under a weak-kneed wimp.
And dont bother calling ME a NeoCon (or any other made up political name).Dont work here.

Ahhh, THAT's why obama didn't lift a finger to help the greenies there.

They had it together. Of course!

Do they still get arrested for dancing?

But why adressing it at a IPAC rally ? All i keep reading from Trump boot lickers is how he is anti establishment, how Washington fears him,how he will do things differently yet he is doing exactly the same as everyone in the past. This guy is just telling people what they want to hear.

It is pretty standard. I am sorry you are not better informed.

It is a good platform to address the issues given that key people are there.....iE Israeli leadership and their support.

What did he say you take issue with?

LOL

Why do they sell beer at bars? Ever ask that?

You do realize he advocates AGAINST interventionism and nation building, right?

He released his foreign policy. Read it. Bernie Sanders would agree with him.

Boot lickers?

At least I am a well informed boot licker. LOL

You are right though, I have been wanting to hear someone say that. I hate the war for profit model we currently employ.

You like it?

Is it just me or is he just saying whatever is expedient as he goes?

Trump knows the stupid people so he knows whatever he says people will dig into it.

Ya. That has been apparent for sure, though he has slipped a few things along the way i think he really means. Hes definitely a nationalist. He definitely wants to scrap the nwo trade deals. He slipped the 911 thing quietly. He really doesnt like illegal Immigration. Hes been fairly vocal about non intervention in the middle east. But i guess he probably wants aipac off his back a bit to wrap up the nomination?

Non-intervention? You mean like his constant calls to kill ISIS members and their families? Or this clip where he says he'd bomb everything in ISIS territory (which is in Syria & Iraq), send the oil companies in, and then take their oil (which is technically Iraqi & Syrian oil)?

How is that not intervening?

edit: LOL, just checked more replies in this thread & I see someone else already mentioned this. Though you responded that they were "getting their news from internet memes". Nope, we repeat this because it's what he actually said he'd do. Unless we're not supposed to believe he means what he says?
