It seems reasonable to believe this scenario considering her words quoted above.

The Feds stood at the podium and said, well Lavoy and others should have gone through the proper channels. So if the government ignores people to the point of protest and rioting, then that "proper channels" has failed to listen hasn't it? It's only a matter of time when these fat rats in Washington will start to eat each other.
