LOS ANGELES - May 14, 2003 - THQ Inc. (Nasdaq:THQI - News) today unveiled Full Spectrum Warrior(TM), an authentic new military tactical-action game
with game developer Pandemic Studios. Developed exclusively for the Xbox(TM) videogame system from Microsoft, Full Spectrum Warrior will be unveiled

Full Spectrum Warrior is based on a light infantry-training simulator designed by Pandemic Studios for the U.S. Army as a tool to reinforce Army

"This agreement aligns THQ with a proven development studio capable of creating the type of realistic games today's market demands," said Peter
Dille, senior vice president, worldwide marketing, THQ. "With its unique tactical-action style of gameplay and roots as an actual U.S. Army training
simulator, Full Spectrum Warrior allows players to truly experience the precision and emotion of modern day military operations."

warzone. Full Spectrum Warrior is a completely new type of game experience that we are extremely excited to bring to consumers," said Josh Resnick,
President, Pandemic Studios. "THQ's publishing strength and their keen desire to build this franchise and our business made them the perfect partner
