While I'm in the Introduction phase of my pre-tenure here, look at Bioeffects of Non-Lethal Weapons
Page 7, Tunability.

The Army basically admits that they can place spoken words into someone's head. This is my primary focus interest. Why hasn't government agencies unclassified future research on current technologies that stemmed from this 1998 proof and experimentation.

I usually copy/paste the URL...into the link arrow dialogue box in the toolbar just above the main thread dialogue box on the thread creation page...

When I hover over any link I can see where it goes in the status bar, why does that not happen when I hover over the link you have posted?

First off comrade i'd like to welcome you here and hope you enjoy it as for the document on non-lethal energy weapons I read the entire document and find the research very interesting and slightly disturbing (inducing seizures as a means of crowd control that's messed up) and I've always liked the idea of laser weapons. Keep up the good posts.
