Here is a link to the IMF - "Internal Monetary Fund" and specifically the "Articles of Agreement"

The International Monetary Fund -IMF- is an international organization headquartered in America. In charge of 180+ countries working to achieve global cooperation on financial issues, international trade, financial stability, higher employment, economic growth, and reducing poverty around the world.

"Formed in 1944 at the Bretton Woods Conference, it came into formal existence in 1945 with 29 member countries and the goal of reconstructing the international payment system. Countries contribute funds to a pool through a quota system from which countries experiencing balance of payments difficulties can borrow money. As of 2010, the fund had SDR476.8 billion, about US$755.7 billion at then exchange rates.[4]

www.imf.org... ---- The Link to the Articles of Agreement segment of the website.

The Article I took the most away from was "Article IX: Status, Immunities, and Privileges" Specifically "3. Immunity from judicial process"

Section 3. Immunity from judicial process

The Fund, its property and its assets, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall enjoy immunity from every form of judicial process except to the extent that it expressly waives its immunity for the purpose of any proceedings or by the terms of any contract.

Also

Section 4. Immunity from other action

Property and assets of the Fund, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation, or any other form of seizure by executive or legislative action.

Section 8. Immunities and privileges of officers and employees

All Governors, Executive Directors, Alternates, members of committees, representatives appointed under Article XII, Section 3(j), advisors of any of the foregoing persons, officers, and employees of the Fund:
(i) shall be immune from legal process with respect to acts performed by them in their official capacity except when the Fund waives this immunity;
(ii) not being local nationals, shall be granted the same immunities from immigration restrictions, alien registration requirements, and national service obligations and the same facilities as regards exchange restrictions as are accorded by members to the representatives, officials, and employees of comparable rank of other members; and
(iii) shall be granted the same treatment in respect of traveling facilities as is accorded by members to representatives, officials, and employees of comparable rank of other members.

I understand most will know this put I post it anyway for those that might not.

It is basically a group of individuals with $755.7 billion and a lot of immunities and power. Also gives new meaning to "Above the Law".

Indeed. For me it also a look into the future of NWO oppression and the Elitists status in the NWO.

We all know Politicians, Police forces, Intelligence Agencies etc.. benefit from an unofficial immunity to many things. This is a good view of how immunity will be present officially for all government branches. In some cases the articles may suggest immunities only refer to office business, but what comes under that jurisdiction, or what can be made to fall under that jurisdiction is another thing entirely.

Clear as day, it's written in their articles of incorporation. Their plan for domination has been well-executed at least, even if it is an oppressive and shady organization

Yes the IMF and some new news that many countries will have to look long and hard at before signing on the dotted line .

The New Global Financial Cold War with Michael Hudson

Dr. Hudson discusses his paper, The IMF Changes Its Rules To Isolate China and Russia; implications of the four policy changes at the International Monetary Fund in its role as enforcer of inter-government debts; the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) as an alternative military alliance to NATO; the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) threatens to replace the IMF and World Bank; the Trans Pacific Partnership Treaty; the China International Payments System (CIPS); WTO investment treaties; Ukraine and Greece; different philosophies of development between east and west; break up of the post WWII dollarized global financial system; the world dividing into two camps.

I am not in anyway a fan of the IMF but effectively they just have the same immunities as foreign diplomats and staff.

No one should be above the law, it should be 1 rule for everyone. I don't care if your a king, a politician or a sultan if you for example commit murder, you should go to prison.
The little man being held accountable while the big wigs parade around with official and unofficial immunities is not a society I want to live in. The law makers should be held to account to even harsher degrees as they are the example setters in society.

This was supposed to be a post for general conspiracies as this ties into the new world order scenario from my point of view as it is a step of global monetary control. For some reason it was moved to global meltdown and that completely changes the point of the post so it isn't overly important now.

In general I agree, but there are some good arguments for why diplomatic immunity and privileges exist.

The man who steals to feed and shelter his family is just as accountable as the man who steals so he can have the latest materialistic things.

The poor and the unimportant will never have any privileges while the wealthy, the rich and the important will enjoy such things constantly.

I don't blame common criminals, being poor is no joke whether you from the western world or the third world (though of course third world Is the worse of the two). If I had to choose between living little better than an animal or Stealing from those with more than they need, selling lower class drugs etc... I would choose the criminal option or failing that probably suicide.

How many of those 'good arguments' would still apply today?

Probably not many as better communications and changes in international relations have rendered many obsolete.

Not really defending diplomatic immunity, just pointing out that there are reasons it exists and reasons representatives of the IMF might have it.
