IMO, no. He is not their choice. Their choice was Scott Walker, but he dropped out. Now they are pinning their hopes on Rubio.

Trump is not of the Koch/Libertarian/John Birch Society faction in the GOP. I don't see Rubio as being K/L/JBS either, but his choice may be one more of pragmatism. Hmmmmm, I wonder, would he be designated as a VP by the GOP if Trump wins the nomination?

Anyway, IMO the Koch's are hedging their bets on taking over national power, by working through ALEC to "circumvent the federal government"....
