I'd imagine they'll go that way. Given the problems they've had with engine, airframe and system development with the F35 and the seemingly successful initial project launch of the LRSB I can't see why they'd want to do anything else.

I noticed they're also using the MQ-8C or variant as plane guard on the carrier.
