its amazing to realize that the brunt of the iraqi forces remained dormant during the siege. im sure the current ring of insurgancy would love to get their hands on any number of those predisposed armaments. the secret deals made between saddam loyal commanders was not at all surprising anyone with half a brain can figure out its in your best interest to cut a deal with our force.
