Actually i did bring this one up, and you dont need to climb everest to notice it either.

There are a lot more flat earthers than one would think. I get it...I see why people can believe in theories as such. At one point in my young adult life there were some videos that almost had me convinced.

I wish we could sit back from the Earth at a distance and truly see it in its entirety. What we would see would probably shock us from even what most of us truly believe today. We see so many pictures of Earth being this perfectly round object when in fact it is not. It's an elongated sphere and I believe it is that way due to the travel in space and the speed in which it travels.
This is where I believe can cause some areas to be more flat than others but in true essence we still live on a round object.

You know .....it could be a globe or it could be flattish .But it seems very strange that the human official history spread around the earth could be so unknown to the rest of us . Is the flat earth just a way of distracting us from other issues much more important ? dont know but this YT newearth series has a ton of great stuff with some very legitimate questions that need answers to ,imo

Flat is a relative perspective not just to your dimension but to your belief's then again maybe all those ships in the bermuda triangle and the dragon sea are just falling over the edge or is that the holes in the pole inner earth believers swear are real.

I have no problem with his view, he chooses and see's reality in his own way and if it work's for him then how is it any less accurate than our's, he is just not part of the current consensus which if you take observation of how quantum state behaves in the presence of consciousness may mean he is litterally and not figuratively living in a different reality, they again we all are as though we share common interpretation's can we really see through one another's eye's or understand exactly like the guy next to us the reality in which we dwell, for that matter since we exist in different places we also exist at different time's and therefore each of us occupys a different dimension especially if you factor in parallel universe theory were every possible action and reaction down even to the sub atomic level has it's own reality and time stream were it is played out.

If the Earth is flat, and everything in the world is on the same plane, then what is on the other side?

Wouldn't the entire world experience daylight and darkness at the same time?

Where would the dividing line be? Where would the center be?

Why do we have seasons? Why are some parts of the world warmer than others? Why don't the icecaps melt?

I can go on and on but there are just too many questions that a person that believes the Earth is flat would not be able to answer. At least not with a reasonable explanation.

Did you ask him to explain why you can see the curvature of the Earth whilst at sea? All he has to do is look towards the horizon and hey presto........curved Earth. He would probably argue that doesn't make it spherical but at least it's a start!

True, but Ive heard the rebuttal for the curvature you see is that the flat earth is a disc, so the horizon would appear rounded anyway...
