The mayor of a city in New Jersey unloaded against Gov. Chris Christie (R) on Tuesday for downplaying the effects of a major winter storm that caused severe flooding and prompted hundreds of evacuations across the state's coastal communities.
North Wildwood Mayor Patrick Rosenello, a Republican, said he was disappointed after Christie called him "crazy" for saying Winter Storm Jonas was worse than Superstorm Sandy.

He is taking a lot of heat, as he should. I have friends that live in coastal NJ, and they have seen more widespread flooding than during Sandy.
I saw a Facebook post by a local weather personality calling Christy out for his dereliction. I checked her Facebook page just now and it is gone. It is possible that she took heat from the station for it after Christy people saw it.

I think definitions on the aforementioned toes and knuckles can be used in a few ways.
The knuckle has been used to describe what we were subjected to in that photo, but it's a very small moose.
