Why would the CIA be marketing? They have no elections to win. They have no public funding to gain. Is this "transparency"? Although, its no accident that this occurred when the new x-files was released. It seems that the most likely answer is disinfo. The feds are once again publicly denying any knowledge of the phenomenon.
