The people that control the information have made sure to keep us far removed from the truth.

What we know about the origins of life and the ability for more than one possibility for it to exist in different atmospheres with many different types of DNA is based on the deluded hypothesis of scientists that only see what they want to see based on this earthly atmosphere.

The fact is even here on Earth species have survived and thrived in extreme temperatures and environments totally different from what us humans live under, so why isn't it possible for above average intelligent life forms to exist in other parts of this galaxy under different atmospheric conditions than the one we live under as humans here?

Has anyone suggested otherwise?

But did you know that half the human population is actually above average intelligence?

Humanity is an army.

Earth is a boot camp.

The harvest is coming.

That would sound awesome in a movie trailer.

Not wanting to call any names, but could you be suggesting some here at ATS may be dragging the average down a bit?

So we went from space travel to stone tools and lost all knowledge? How do you propose that happened?

"We went"... I think the idea would be that we were salvaged from someplace else. Maybe potential life is so precious that more evolved civilizations would actually fly by and save species and relocate them.... we got relocated to Earth, although only as cave men.

Heck, us humans even do it to species here in other to preserve or save them.

Like father like son.

That's not a colony.

colony
noun, plural colonies.
1.
a group of people who leave their native country to form in a new land a settlement subject to, or connected with, the parent nation.

It also makes no sense if you understand DNA. Humans are a part of Earth.

If our form of DNA is the optimal one, for evolving, it could be that every one of the life forms in the galaxy evolved into using it. The evolution obviously took place back at the chemotroph stage, but it would still hold.

The word colony has been used in different senses. Bacteria colonize, but they don't have any allegiance to their parent nation. There are many other uses.

No, our DNA is related to other creatures on Earth. So they either took every life form on the planet, or they did not put humans here.

Sure they do, there is a relationship. Staph does not colonize the flu virus. Colonize has a meaning.
