Odd question. I'd swear I've done it, but it's suddenly disappeared. Sorry if the answer is somewhere obvious that I missed.

I just discovered it. You have to go to someone else's wall.

UNINTUITIVE! BAD ATS! >_>

A mod or someone can delete this if they wish.

Only way I know how now is to click the little green person under their avatar. Then go to profile and click on wall. There is an add as friend option there.
