Another recently developed "Office" by our Government, Planetary Defense Coordination Office (PDCO) formalizes the agency's existing program for detecting and tracking near-Earth Objects (NEOs), goes into effect. One can argue that NASA is a Civilian Agency, but this is simply not true as the strings to the put reside soundly in attached to the fingers of the Administration.
This report brings several questions to the front.

Fox News Science Report

1. Is it truly just for the rocks flying by?
"Asteroid detection, tracking and defense of our planet is something that NASA, its interagency partners, and the global community take very seriously,"

2. Who are the intra-agency partners when clearly they mention the interagency partners?
"In addition to detecting and tracking potentially hazardous objects, the office will issue notices of close passes and warnings of any detected potential impacts, based on credible science data," explained NASA, in its statement. "The office also will continue to assist with coordination across the U.S. government, participating in the planning for response to an actual impact threat, working in conjunction with FEMA, the Department of Defense, other U.S. agencies and international counterparts."

3. Does this legitimize President Reagan's SDI principles and put in place an agency to detect, evaluate, asses and react to an alien threat.

4. Does this foreshadow the NIBIRU/Planet X?

5. Does this allow the Secret Space Program to come to the front and center?

6. Why now when funding in the Government and the world is so constrained?

I'm sure we can hypothesize and postulate.

Ok if it's. It just for a serving and tracking asteroids and what not, and there is a threat from an intelligent life from outside the earth, what resources, such as manpower and useful weaponary is there available for use in space?

Alternatively it's another way of grabbing funding for doing very little. Make a new department and a new scare

Sounds... weird.

other US agencies and international counterparts

Why not saying which ones? CIA? Why worry, we will know when our new alien overlords round us up for execution...

If we are visited by aliens that are not on a peaceful mission.....
We have no hope of survival.

If I can't beat 'em, I'm just gonna join 'em. I'm sure they could use an extra set of opposable thumbs for all their probing experiments

I'm fairly sure sure there's already a pretty sophisticated defence system in place.

I may have seen one satellite attacking another with some form of beam weapon, two years ago.

Zaphod knows about these things, surely.Even if he isn't allowed to say anything.

1. Is it truly just for the rocks flying by?

This is a "cover" operation. There are some floating rocks in space that have already been selected as candidates for orbital insertion around the moon and/or earth.

2. Who are the intra-agency partners when clearly they mention the interagency partners?

United Nations and the Russian space program are interagency partners in the so-called asteroid defense policies already in place. Yes they have already been working together since Chelyabinsk.

3. Does this legitimize President Reagan's SDI principles and put in place an agency to detect, evaluate, asses and react to an alien threat.

No, it does not legitimize Reagan's Star Wars but it does legitimize the VBTS Von Braun Threat Sequence laid out by Carol Rosin at the 2001 Disclosure conference. According to Rosin, the threat sequence is as follows: Communism, Terrorism, Rogue Nations, Asteroids, E.T.

4. Does this foreshadow the NIBIRU/Planet X?

No, but it foreshadows the VBTS which will result in a catastrophic asteroid event somewhere on Earth, most likely between 2020-2030.

5. Does this allow the Secret Space Program to come to the front and center?

No, the Secret Space Program will not remain undisclosed. However, certain actors within that establishment are acting in accordance with bringing those threats to fruition. Hence, USA retreat from low earth orbit, and Russian hesitation to explore beyond low earth orbit.

6. Why now when funding in the Government and the world is so constrained?

Money does not have any meaning to those participants who are planning, designing and executing a false flag asteroid threat against the planet in secrecy. This new threat will take the place of terrorism and rogue nations. This new threat will demand a crisis response, the response will be to militarize space with weapons designed ostensibly for "asteroid defense".

The final part of the VBTS is of course E.T., the final conflict.

The reasoning behind the militarization of space will be given as "planetary defense" or something. This is very plainly an attempt by the PTB/PCG/MIC/etc to manufacture a crisis (which we know they will do because they are predictable).

TL;DR Planetary defense will be funded, space will be weaponized, an asteroid event will take place, possibly over a 20-100 year time frame, followed by E.T., all according to the Von Braun Threat Sequence.
