If Israel is a real nation, then
1. Why it does not have a Constitution?

By your logic United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand are not "real nations".



2. Why it does not have a defined borders?

Israel borders Lebanon in the north, the Golan Heights and Syria in the northeast, the West Bank and Jordan in the east, the Gaza Strip and Egypt in the southwest.
