anyways @ 0:38 and onward clearly a limping woman is Escorted Out the vehicle and onto the ground, later to be pose for photos, chat on her cell phone, and/or be wheeled away on a stretch er.

What madness is this? I don't understand who the accomplice 'Trudy' who consents to interview with Crisis Cooper is supposed to be other than flaunting how together they all were at all times, from the start

To me it appears she was escorted out of the danger zone to the triage area, and then taken away on a stretcher. How that means this was faked is surely an issue for the mods to deal with.

No wonder the supervising doctor at nearby emergency room states none of the 14 ' had a chance ' - they're escorting shooting victims not to the ER but to parking lots for photo ops and phone break s before they get carried away on a stretcher
