The "black box" reveals and demonstrates how the Su-24 that shot down by air-to-air missiles fired by the Turkish F-16 have not crossed the Turkish border. "In any case, the Russian bomber Su-24 did not constitute a threat for Turkey and its citizens," said Sergei Dronov. "At present we can say that we have all the necessary information available to us: we have the proof that the Russian Su-24 did not violate Turkish airspace," he added. Russians insist the Turkish radar did not warned the Russian pilots and suddenly the Turkish F-16 violated the Syrian airspace and launched a missile to Su-24.
"In order to ensure maximal transparency and openness, we addressed foreign experts from 14 countries with an invitation to take part in the work [investigation] as observers. However, many specialists refused to participate in the investigation citing various reasons, excluding only Liu Chang Wei from China and Jonathan Gillespie from the United Kingdom," Dronov said, according to Tass.

Russian Su-24 Jet Attack: Moscow Has Proof Downed Jet Posed No Threat To Turkey; Black Box Damaged
The memory card in the flight recorder of a Russian fighter plane downed by Turkey on the Syrian border last month is damaged, Russian investigators say. The "black box" of the Su-24 jet was officially opened in Moscow on Friday in front of journalists and diplomats. Nikolai Primak, head of the Russian investigation, said flight information appeared to be missing. Data from the box could help resolve the dispute over the jet's location when it was hit. An analysis is expected to be released next week.
