a poem of suffering

it started because i was driven too hard
then offended the powers that play the cards
making faces at me as i drive in my car
then voices in my head started going insane
i walked the path of suffering lies
the oppression, instigation of sin and cries
timelines and stones throw inside my eyes
wars accusations, filling my mind
they claim to be this and that all the time
i figure it out, but it still only lies
its a snowman abominable in rank
a monster a beast
growing in a tank

You should start a thread where everyone replies with poems. Wouldn't that be cool?

I awoke today, to say thank you if I may
Not knowing, what awaited, beyond the bright sky, blue
That I may do this, that I may do that
Was any of it important? As a matter of fact
Then the battle arose, in my mind, I might add
Powers persuading, to focus on the bad
And others that protect, and help me focus on the glad
