Coming to the site

I was wondering why sometimes when I come to this site, it sometimes says login with admin. and then I try to login and it says admin pass not correct or something. One time when i typed in www.abovetopsecret.com it brought me to a login for the admin control panel. and it said that i was logged in as admin. Do any of you know why?

There are no pages on this site with specific log-ins just for administrators.

I think he might be talking about editing others posts and profiles. The login as admin page comes up for those. Link
