At what point do we just say these people are a small fry short of a Happy Meal? I mean I am all for people living their lives, but why does society have to accept this nonsense like is normal?

I would hope the majority would agree with you. But because of the "PC culture" people get away with stuff like this. You're not allowed to say anything that might offend the person. You can't judge anyone else's life decisions, no matter how ridiculous or insane.
