No, its not, just like theology is not a black and white belief system...I personally feel that science and religion prove each other correct more than either side is willing to admit... But I'm one of those foolish intelligent design believers. As for a flat earth however, mathematics would prove it to be round. Also physics would as well...if it was as the flat earth belief would suggest the heavenly bodies would eventually be spun to the center line of the planet like a gyroscope, and they would no longer appear to move
