For what? For the crime of being elected? Absolutely not.

The function of the 2nd is* to act as a brake to the abuse of power, not to depose a legitimately elected official simply because they weren't your preferred candidate.

Of course, the likelihood of someone like Clinton abusing that power is pretty high - but Obama's been doing end runs around the constitution for years without repercussion so I really don't expect to see anything happen as a result.
