This is telling of the fact that a PC person will get frustrated and just tell you what you can't do without rationality. This administration or its leftist supports foaming at the mouth angry because the USA is wanting more than ever, a return to a hard stance policy. Maybe it's time to stop immigration. Maybe it's time for an aggressive cabinet to undo the damage this one has done. Just a suggestion president Obama. Get ready for a revolting never before seen, the total rejection of the Democratic soft PC policy, the new American is the right American.

That was my point about the camps, I know there was restrictions, some bans, in the past. Doesn't mean we have to repeat the practice.

I apologize, my reply was supposed to be extremely sarcastic, this is not my core belief. I imagine more than a few people thinking more extremely in the past week, being fueled by the see no evil do nothing politicians in power. What happens from here is anyone's guess.

It is and pretty much always has been legal to impose restrictions on who can and cannot immigrate. Those who are not citizens of the country do not have Constitutional protections or rights.

One of the most recent instances was in 1972 when a revolutionary Marxist was denied despite protestations of being denied his 1st Amendment speech protections. If we can deny based on speech, then if it is determined to be in the best interests of the American people (common defense?), a court could conceivably uphold severe restrictions on the immigration of Muslims to this country for a period of time.

That doesn't mean it's a good idea at present, but Islamic radicals consider themselves at war with us. How long until we understand that fact?

I can't stand Trump, but I dislike Obama even more. But the reverse logic in this WH is priceless.

Not true, they don't have all, but have some.
Especially if they are on on US soil, outside of that I assume you would be right.

I am 100% fine with a case by case basis,like yours in 72 where he met a restriction, but bans stop those that we should have no fear of and are escaping violence.

Slipperly slope thought here, but I feel like a ban like this is a step towards camps or something similar.
And I know for a fact our nation doesn't like to blame the many for the actions of the few.
