Fox is saying that the person still in the vehicle might be alive and possibly still an object of caution.

Note windows shot out of the SUV.



Apparently there are three suspects at this scene. One by the curb, one by a tree and one in the SUV.

According to the live police scanner, there was one suspect in the SUV, who was still breathing, with an AR-15 strapped to his chest.

I have CNN on (only news ch I have) but the sound off...I'm going with the police scanner info.

I`ve read the first 10 pages of the thread while listening to the live scanner. It sounds like there are more than just three guys in all of this, but it may just be confusion with so much chatter, made from many police sources chatting trying to stop/surround the same guys.

"One guy in the car (dead?) with AR strapped to his chest" was heard.

I don't think the facility was targeted because of whom it serves but because it had an undefended hall full of people.

Given the lack of cameras and secure entry that seems just too perfect, especially given the mass of people inside.
