You circled a trash can next to the SUV. The dead suspect is directly across the street from the SUV, in your screen shot he is hidden behind the tree. They just parked a SWAT vehicle next to him now.

Guy in custody most likely uninvolved.

i JUST TOLD MY FRIEND THE SAME THING

Just heard about this, and watching live footage of the police taking control of an SUV. Cops are saying a suspect id down, but won't say if it's related. Seems odd, that they wouldn't know. Armored vehicles are in play, with groups of cops behind them. They are being very cautious.

No descriptions of the suspects that I have heard so far, other than dressed in black, with "military-style assault" weapons. Earlier, they said dressed in military-style clothing, so not sure what's up there. Bad reporting?
