So where would a Buddhist monk fit in your numbering?
He is obviously in group one because he is a buddhist and as such part of the recognized religious groups.
He would fit very well into the second group because he observes the world and make dissensions on what he sees and the nature of the world.
He fits into the fourth because he also focuses on the non physical plane of existence and spend his life looking for truth.
Don't want to rain on your idea, but I think maybe these groups should be looked at again with a view outside of just a focus on "Christianity" and
other Western ideas.
